We are employed across the broad spectrum of sectors within our industry throughout Ireland and the UK, and have completed numerous projects including multiple occupancy developments & shopping centres, independent retail schemes, private healthcare & nursing homes, manufacturing & production facilities, apartment & residential developments as well as bespoke residences and unique projects.  Our experience encompasses the design of all types of structures utilising common structural materials including structural steelwork, reinforced concrete, timber and masonry.  Civils works completed have included retaining structures, road realignments, culverts and drainage design.

Working alongside local contractors we provide Design and Build Consultancy services allowing them a competitive advantage in tender submissions.  We provide specialist services to a number of independent Housing Associations, and are experienced in the assessment of existing structures and the often complex works associated with modifying them to allow them to be refurbished and tailored to a new client’s needs.  Similarly we have considerable expertise in assessment of structural defects in buildings & structures and preparation of structural reports and remedial repair works as appropriate.
